As we come to the end of another year, it is time to look back. Not looking back to see what we have left behind, but looking back to see how we have grown in the Lord this year.
See the changes that the Lord has made in your life this year. See the times that the Lord has carried you through situations and circumstances.
As we live each day, sometimes we do not see the Lord at work in our lives. Looking back, we can see every area of our lives where the Lord has walked with us.
When you look back, maybe you do not see the Lord very active in your life. Today is the day to change that. Decide today that you will allow the Lord to guide your path. Take that step for the Lord. Answer the call God has placed on your life.
When you look back, you see all of the areas of our lives touched by God. I am so thankful that I said yes and followed Him. This life is not lived on the mountaintop. There are struggles. There are valleys. But through it all, God is right there.
As I look back over this year, I see growth. I see love. I see new experiences. I see new friends. I see new opportunities. Most of all, I see God guiding my every step. No matter the situation or circumstance, He was right there, walking with me.
On my best days, good days, bad days, and worst days, I am a child of God.
