Honestly, I love watching other Christians grow in their relationship with the Lord. It is such a joyful moment to hear a prayer life changed. To watch as they take their first step out for the Lord. Then, see that big leap into service. See them minister to others.
My relationship with the Lord is fulfilling. To see someone else have that type of relationship with God overjoys me. This is what building each other up is all about.
We serve God so that others will come to know Him through salvation.
We serve God so that others will be equipped to grow their relationship with Him.
We serve God to see change in this world.
We serve God to see change in the hearts of people.
We serve God to strengthen our personal relationship with Him.

If you are currently not growing in your relationship with the Lord, today is the day to make a change. Start by working on your relationship with God. Set time aside every day for God. Whether that means prayer, reading your Bible, journaling, or all three. The key is, find a starting place.
