There are times when it feels as though you are a spectator in your own life. The waves of life are tossing you about and you are simply along for the ride. No matter what you do, you cannot break the hold the waves have on you.
Today is the day to say enough. Today is the day to stand up to the evil that has taken over your life. God is greater than the evil that is holding you captive right now. Take it to the Lord in prayer. Ask for His help. He is waiting.
Quit watching your life play out and wishing you could do something about it. You have the opportunity to push evil out the door, clean the house, and allow Jesus to be the only resident. Surrender all of your life to Jesus today. Not just part of it. Not just the part you can fit into your day. The parts that you still want control over. Release control and allow God to be the Lord of your life.
Realize that the life you are trying to live is not working. The control you think you have over your life really is not there. Know that once you give control over to the Lord, you rise above the waves of this world. God sits you in a point for service.
You are no longer a spectator, but an active participant in the plan that God has for your life.
