You Matter

This world would not be the same without you in it. God chose you and gave you gifts and talents. He has a place in this life where you fit perfectly. There are people in this world, that you may have not met yet, that love you and are praying for you.

That is a lot to take in. Let me explain. See God created you. He knew you before you were born. He appointed the location where He wants you to serve. The gifts and talents He has given you are the missing piece needed in your Church home.

We are all meant to belong. Even the disciples in the Bible gathered together. We are stronger when we support each other. God has your place, your Church family, picked out.

God gives us free will. That means that if you do not want to accept Him as your Lord and Savior, that is your right. That also means that if you do not want to serve with your Brothers and Sisters in Christ, then you can make that choice as well.

Life is difficult. Walking life alone is more difficult. Gathering together makes life less difficult. Supporting one another eases the difficulty of life. Lifting each other up in prayer is essential.

This world will try to tell you that you do not matter. It will tell you that you are just like everyone else. That you are not important and that nothing you will ever do will make an impact.

The world is wrong. You are important. God loves you. Jesus died on the cross for you. Your life matters. Your service matters. You are not like anyone else. God made you unique.

You were placed in this moment for a reason. Right now, where you are, you can serve God.

Today is a good day to follow the Lord. Do the next right thing.
